Our back bar products are second to none; we use Bumble and bumble, Pureology, Goldwell exclusively. We are also proud to feature Goldwell Hair Color the number one color line in the world. It also used by many salons in LA, New York, San Francisco, particularly Beverly Hills. Goldwell hair color has low ammonia content, so it doesn't leave a horrible after-smell, and it leaves the hair in better condition

Air Purification System - We also offer something many other salons do not an air purification system. We are innovative in this respect, says Brenda. We use it to keep chemicals out of the air. You will never walk into our salon and be bombarded by the smell of product.
Reward Program - Every time you visit iSalon, our goal is to provide you with world-class service, because you deserve it. Now we want to reward you for your loyalty. Each time you come in for a salon service or to purchase products from us, you earn reward iPoints. Also, you will get 200 iPoints for each friend or colleague that you send to iSalon. For every 500 points earned, you will receive a $15 credit on your client account, which is like getting 2.5% back on every dollar you spend. The credits can be redeemed for products or services, and they have no blackout dates for their use.

For every pedicure at iSalon, we use the award winning T4 SPA Concepts fitted with a disposable SaniSmart Liner that is thrown away after every warm soothing soak. Disposable liners prevent the spread of bacteria, fungus, and other infectuous diseases. This is the safest and most sanitary way for you to enjoy your pedicure. Clean, safe, and fun!
Nail Care iSalon we take cleanliness very seriously. We autoclave ALL our implements. What is autoclave? It is a sterilization chamber that hospitals and dentists use to sterilize all metal tools. The tools are then packaged in a sterilization pouch. This process is done after each client, no matter what. At iSalon, we believe in eliminating any risk of bacteria, so when you come to relax with us you can sit back and enjoy.

Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time; however, if a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify our receptionist when possible. Arriving late may limit the time for your service, as we must complete your service by the designated end time in order to appropriately
accommodate the next guest.
Cancellations
iSalon has a no-show or last minute cancellation policy fee. If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please inform us immediately so we may offer your appointment time to another client on our waiting list.
Late Arrival
Depending on the service and the availability of the staff, if a customer is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment and there is not a reasonable expectation of finishing on time, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Page 15 Gift Cards
Please safeguard your iSalon gift card. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards are transferable and may be used at any iSalon location. Please present card at time of purchase. Card expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
Returns
Returned products are never resold at iSalon.
Therefore all sales are final. Tools found to be defective within 15 days of purchase will be exchanged with a similar item. Any defects discovered after 15 days are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
iSalon Service Guarantee
We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within 7 days after they were performed. You may schedule a redo appointment at anytime within the first week, thereafter only with the use of recommended at-home care products. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of at-home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.
